Years after breaking ground and months after its well-advertised auction, Broadway Park Lofts welcomes its first residents. All 35 lofts in the north tower (phase 1) are now either sold or pending sale. Some of those residents have been waiting months since the November auction for title issues to be resolved, while others gave up and new buyers were able to pick up available units. Completion of the development’s second phase, the two southern towers, will begin shortly and will be ready to hit the market in early 2013.
