The Warehouse District Lofts are located at 327 West 200 South in the heart of the old warehouse district in Salt Lake City. Dakota Lofts, Westgate Lofts, and Pierpont Lofts are all within a block of the Warehouse District Lofts. Originally constructed as a food storage warehouse, it was later the home of Twirl Town Toys before its conversion to loft-style condos in 1997. The buildings houses 24 one- to three-bedroom lofts, two of which are first-floor live/work spaces, as well as a 10,000 square foot commercial space in the front which has been used as a restaurant since the conversion.
