If you’re looking for a Salt Lake City condo with character, The Premier may be a good choice. The Premier is one of the few classic Tudor-Style condos in Salt Lake City, and because of that, few units ever make it to market. Its popularity is due not only to its unique style, but also its affordable price and great location in the Central City neighborhood of Salt Lake between downtown and the University of Utah. There are a total of 25 individual condos in the two buildings that make up The Premier (19 S and 23 & 27 S). Originally built as apartments in 1931, the red brick Tudor-style building (originally known as The Premier) and the home just to the north were converted into condominiums in 2002. Most of the character of the original building was preserved during the conversion, so inside you’ll find hardwood floors, leaded glass windows, arched doorways, and large crown moulding. Units have either one or two bedrooms, and range in size from 500–950 sf.
